The Problem

Client had no visibility into its customer lifetime value or the relative profitability of its client base.

Margin data was inconsistent, there was no centralized source of truth for contract economics, and service categorization was too loose to support strategic decisions.

The client lacked the tooling to answer questions like "which clients are worth acquiring more of?"

Our Solution

Built a CLV model using methodology developed in partnership with client for valuing nascent businesses, delivered as a packaged Excel workbook.
The model calculates gross and net CLV per client (incorporating discount rate, growth rate, margin, and CAC), with visuals mapping input-output correlations across industry, service type, and acquisition year.

Delivered ahead of schedule, under-budget, and with ongoing support as needs grow.
